After studying her psychology degree, Jane landed in the HR arena and has not looked back. Gaining broad experience of HR management early on, Jane has specialised in organisation design, organisation development and change management in the last 15 years.
Her fascination with all things OD started at Vodafone. As a constantly evolving business Jane was given opportunities to manage a wide range of organisation initiatives, culminating in her appointment as Head of Organisation and Change for the Europe Region. From projects like establishing the first overseas companies and supporting various acquisitions and integrations, to focusing more on resource optimisation and organisation effectiveness initiatives, it was all a huge challenge and wonderful experience.
Prior to joining Vodafone, Jane worked in the retail management, manufacturing and recruitment sectors, grounding her HR knowledge in these fast moving industries.
Aside from consulting Jane gets a thrill from property investment, enjoys adventurous holidays and has a constant battle with the area behind the house – we call it the garden.
