Jan spent the early part of her career working for EY, advancing from junior roles and becoming the HR Director for a number of client-facing business units.
In 2000 she joined Vodafone at an extraordinary time in its evolution. Working alongside many inspiring colleagues, she rolled up her sleeves and supported the business through many people and organisation development adventures. In her six years with the business she held a number of senior roles, such as Director of Organisation Development and Resourcing and HR Director for the UK business, which constantly stretched and expanded her skills and expertise.
Having a family stimulated her to become a consultant in 2006, enabling her to combine doing a job she loves with greater flexibility. Joining forces with Jane in 2008 was the cherry on the cake for Jan; an opportunity to take their own brand of organisation design and development into the market.
Most of Jan’s spare time is spent enjoying the company of her family and friends. What little time is left is devoted to ferrying her two sons to endless sports and social activities and, much to their embarrassment, cheering them on from the side lines.
